Ingredients: Rice, Green gram, Cumin seeds, Black pepper, Salt, Asafoetida, Ginger, Cashew nut and Vegetable fat. To Make Pongal: 1.Add 3-4 parts of water to one part of Jayruka Instant Pongal and mix them. 2.Pressure cook for 4-5 whistles or till done. 3.Add a spring of curry leaves and 2 tablespoons of Ghee (Optional) mix well. 4.Tasty & delicious Pongal is ready in a jiffy.
